Malcolm McDonnell - Principal
Malcolm qualified as an Architect in 1991 and has worked in practices in Dublin, London and Berlin. He became a partner in Randal McDonnell Architects in 1995 before taking over the practice in 2004.   He is a Registered Architect and member of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland (RIAI). What Is An Architect?
An architect is trained in the design, planning and oversight of the construction of buildings
To practise architecture means to render services in connection with the design and construction of a building, or group of buildings as well as the space within the site surrounding the buildings.

Architects undergo lengthy training, consisting of advanced education, practical training and a further examination in professional practice. Architects have the training and experience to design, co-ordinate and manage your building project. The title of Architect has been registered in Ireland since May 2009.
